He was upfront and very well reasoned about what would and would NOT work for our ice dams and cathedral ceilings.. His company scheduled us and completed the job faster than all the other contractors offered to do. He also offered a better price out of four bids. I feel that we really were lucky to have chosen Brad to do the work. We received four bids, some were substantially more expensive. And yet, Brad offered the only solution that made sense to us and that actually WORKED. The install went very fast. 24 hours post installation, we had zero smell. They were at the house within days of the request and were knowledgeable about putting insulation over light fixtures embedded in the ceiling. The attic did not have access from within or outside the house and they problem-solved this in a way that was a great solution. They lay down mats so as not to dirty up the carpets and stairs and they wore gear to protect themselves from the insulation. MY house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. All of the people working on the project were professional and knowledgeable and the cost was extremely reasonable. For the first time this winter, my house feels like it can hold the heat.
