"Mike came out to replace a thermostat on an evening to accomodate my work schedule. Also hired a second time to fix gas leak at my heating unit and replace hardwired smoke detectors. Both times he was clear and communicated when he would be onsite, and was diligent on researching what issues arose in order to complete project, including ordering.
