12 Horrible, absolutely horrible. DO NOT use this company. Company charges $289 to come out and look at your hot tub with the claim that the $289 will be applied to the total repair cost. Once they finally came to my house in mid July to look at the tub, the tech identified the issue right...
He started with a price of $380 which was a bit high and then he said he found another problem after he started. Now it is $500 dollar repair on an $800 six yr old fridge. I could have spent another $400 and had a new one. Will not use him again.
