11 Horrible, absolutely horrible. DO NOT use this company. Company charges $289 to come out and look at your hot tub with the claim that the $289 will be applied to the total repair cost. Once they finally came to my house in mid July to look at the tub, the tech identified the issue right...
Bill's quote over the phone was almost exact to the actual cost of the repair for my LG oven. He also did not charge a 300% mark up on the part as other contractors have done to me in the past. He also included the part number so I could check the price of the part myself on the internet. ...
