"I recently had the pleasure to meet Jeff Coleman. From the first call, Jeff was responsive, and extremely personable. He did not sound like your average contractor. I was interested in a tub to shower conversion because unfortunately, my wife and I are getting older and the tub we had was becoming difficult to enter and exit. Jef listened to my concerns, provided me with different ideas and made an appointment with me that was convenient to my schedule. I met with Jeff at my home a few days later. He came prepared with samples, options, and a trustworthy demeanor. He sat down with me for over an hour and a half answering all my questions. Zoom offered to come out the same day. The technician was as professional as I could expect and made sure to solve the problem to our satisfaction.
