"So I live in a older house (1947) so the plumbing is older too. Anytime I used my sink dishwasher or laundry the water would all but flood my basement making it almost unusable. I called and talked to Seth he was able to get to my home the next day and diagnose the problem my pipes in the concrete were old and clogged beyond repair well he managed to completely redo all of my plumbing brand new and have it up and running in a matter of a few hours! I now have a dry usable basement. He gave me a very decent price as well! Now hopefully I don't need another plumber anytime soon but if I do I'm calling seth at SWB!"

"Fantastic! We were in a bind when my tenant called with no water. I called Randy on a Saturday afternoon, Memorial Day weekend and within a couple of hours he replied that he would be there first thing in the morning...ON A SUNDAY!! Sure enough, he and his dad showed up around 8am, assessed the problem (old worn out well pump and leaking pressure tank) and by 9:15 had both units replaced and working with all new electrical line run from the well head to the pump. He thoroughly examined my system and its layout, and explained where the clog was explained could be occurring. He even gave me a bit of a history lesson on plumbing in old houses like mine, and the kind of problems that people typically face with them. He also told me exactly what he was planning to do, what equipment would be used, and how it worked. Worked on the problem for a couple hours until he got results. Very persistent! Cleaned up and sanitized the worksite as well. Also made a few suggestions as to some diagnostic measures I should look into to make sure I don’t run into the problem again. I’m very grateful for Zoom’s help and would recommend them to others!"
