I called Randy on a Saturday afternoon, Memorial Day weekend and within a couple of hours he replied that he would be there first thing in the morning...ON A SUNDAY!! Sure enough, he and his dad showed up around 8am, assessed the problem (old worn out well pump and leaking pressure tank) and by 9:15 had both units replaced and working with all new electrical line run from the well head to the pump. He thoroughly examined my system and its layout, and explained where the clog was explained could be occurring. He even gave me a bit of a history lesson on plumbing in old houses like mine, and the kind of problems that people typically face with them. He also told me exactly what he was planning to do, what equipment would be used, and how it worked. Worked on the problem for a couple hours until he got results. Very persistent! Cleaned up and sanitized the worksite as well. Also made a few suggestions as to some diagnostic measures I should look into to make sure I don’t run into the problem again. I’m very grateful for Zoom’s help and would recommend them to others!"

He patiently explained the differences between the hybrid heat pump unit vs the electric one that was presently on its way out. He answered all my newbie questions. He explained the pricing between the two units. I told him I have to discuss everything with the cfo and I would call back Wednesday morning. He also told me they would get me on the schedule for tomorrow or the next day. That was amazing. I called the next day and spoke with Amanda to schedule me in the following day. Chad showed up the following morning and did an awesome job. He was very polite and knew his job well. I am very satisfied so far with Wanda?s."
