I called Randy on a Saturday afternoon, Memorial Day weekend and within a couple of hours he replied that he would be there first thing in the morning...ON A SUNDAY!! Sure enough, he and his dad showed up around 8am, assessed the problem (old worn out well pump and leaking pressure tank) and by 9:15 had both units replaced and working with all new electrical line run from the well head to the pump. We had a different service come and they tried to thaw the pipe, charged us $1000 for that work and then said they’d have to dig up our entire lawn to fix the problem. Zoom drain came for a second opinion. They used the camera and found the problem, fixing it with jets of hot water and a roto rooter. Saved us about $2000. They were awesome. They also put shoe guards on every time they enter the building so they’re not tracking mud and brown water into your house. You really get the sense they’re not there to spend your money, they just want to get the job done. Highly recommend."
