"Magic Carpet was called in after a faulty construction project damaged 25' of our roof line resulting in water damage to the insulation and wall board in my ceiling and walls. It was literally raining into my home on Christmas morning! The company was fast, knowledgeable and very professional. All wet insulation and materials were removed and surrounding areas tested for moisture issues. Everything was then professionally dried out with mold remediation procedures performed. Dan was very through and worked through the stress and mess; we have every confidence in their work. We highly recommend this company for disaster restoration as well as other services."

"We had carpet installed by this company but were very disappointed with the customer service in the showroom because they ordered the wrong carpet. We had even driven to the showroom and showed the sales rep the actual sample of the carpet we wanted, including color, texture, and pattern. In spite of this effort, he did not correctly document our choice on the proposal paperwork and the wrong carpet was ordered. He seemed busy while we were there and was definitely distracted during our visit. The mistake was not apparent until several weeks later when the installers arrived at our home with the wrong carpet. When we called the showroom to discuss the problem, we spoke with this rep and he showed little enthusiasm or willingness to correct the problem. Instead, he implied that the ordering mistake was our fault. The installers did a good job with this installation, otherwise this would have been a 1-star rating."
