"I would give more stars if I could. From the moment I first reached out to Sam on angislist he was so prompt on responses. He came out the next day to give a quote. We had just kicked a tenant out and we were out of state and he met my stepmom at the house to do a walkthrough. After getting a great quote for installation he was able to fit me in the following week because I told him I needed it done ASAP even though he had a busy schedule. Unbeknownst to me when he ripped up the carpet the odor from my tenant allowing their dogs to urinate all over the place was almost unbearable. It was not a pleasant job for him and he still did the job and it was quality and very fast. There were 3 professionals, starting at one end of the house and methodically worked their way thru. They brought all  needed supplies/mop/bucket/vacuum to get the job done.  I was pleased to see all they accomplished in a short time.  Two of the rooms were very dusty, to what I thought was to a "point of no return"(or at least for me to accomplish).    The rooms were dust free and clean.  There were piles of magazines/books that were disorderly and was left in a neat pile.

I would use this business again.  They are not afraid of dirt.
