I think they did a good job but stains are coming back. The first price they gave me was different from what I had to pay. There need to be better communication from pro.

Nice people to do business with. They did what they said they would do.

The people who did the work were very nice. The problems were on the office level. It was very little communication. They promised a couple of things that they were going to do that they still have not followed up on after three weeks. Because of these things I would not hire them again.

Maranda responded immediately and even got us a Saturday appointment on short notice. She was on top of letting me know Joe’s arrival time with a text 10 minutes before our appointment. Joe did a great job making sure that all of our questions were answered and we really appreciated his attention to detail. This is the kind of company that we would rather support over a national franchise.

The staff members were excellent. They were very courteous and professional. The communication was exceptional with a reasonable timeframe and alerts that they were on their way. We would highly recommend this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

The two young men did a good job cleaning a large rug and two sofas. They were friendly and hard-working. The results were okay although, after drying, the carpet still looked somewhat not pristine. It is probably because the people who owned the house before we bought it did not take very good care of them. I would hire them again.
