"I would give more stars if I could. From the moment I first reached out to Sam on angislist he was so prompt on responses. He came out the next day to give a quote. We had just kicked a tenant out and we were out of state and he met my stepmom at the house to do a walkthrough. After getting a great quote for installation he was able to fit me in the following week because I told him I needed it done ASAP even though he had a busy schedule. Unbeknownst to me when he ripped up the carpet the odor from my tenant allowing their dogs to urinate all over the place was almost unbearable. It was not a pleasant job for him and he still did the job and it was quality and very fast. He is awesome and I’m so grateful he was able to fit me in on the very short notice I gave him and with the conditions. They are very thorough - vacuum, wash floors, dust, clean ceiling fans, clean countertops and inside microwave, and get the bathroom cleaner than I have ever been able to, etc. The last time they came Shawna noticed that salt had tracked down the stairs to the basement and cleaned the stairs and carpets in the basement, even though we only ask them to do the first floor! Very professional. One time they came they broke a small $1-2 pot, and were extremely apologetic about it and offered to buy us a new one. Flexible with changing the schedule if necessary (easy to communicate with text messaging).
