We had just kicked a tenant out and we were out of state and he met my stepmom at the house to do a walkthrough. After getting a great quote for installation he was able to fit me in the following week because I told him I needed it done ASAP even though he had a busy schedule. Unbeknownst to me when he ripped up the carpet the odor from my tenant allowing their dogs to urinate all over the place was almost unbearable. There were 3 professionals, starting at one end of the house and methodically worked their way thru. They brought all  needed supplies/mop/bucket/vacuum to get the job done.  I was pleased to see all they accomplished in a short time.  Two of the rooms were very dusty, to what I thought was to a "point of no return"(or at least for me to accomplish).    The rooms were dust free and clean.  There were piles of magazines/books that were disorderly and was left in a neat pile.
