I am a state certified septic system inspector and hold national and state certifications as a radon testing and analytical lab. I am a member of International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the Maine Building Officials and Inspectors Association (MBOIA). Weather you need a home inspection or a septic system inspection or even a third party code inspection we can help you out. As of 2024 we no longer offer oil burner or plumbing work as our company techs have all made the decision due to rising insurance cost to let their licenses lap. We will continue home inspections in Maine for the time being with prices adjusted due to increasing certification and insurance cost. Our average inspection time is approximately 3 hours. We keep abreast of current inspection techniques and procedures. We prefer to have our clients attend the inspection, as an on-site consultation helps avoid potential misunderstandings and that all your questions can be answered on the site. Our thorough inspection reports are e-mailed to the client at the end of the inspection. They will identify any serious structural defects and deferred maintenance issues that may not be apparent when you initially view a property.
