Excellent company ... Project was staining a log home & painting a metal sided barn/garage. A very detailed quote showed Michael had listened to me during conversations on phone and visit to our property. Angi has so far been a good source for reliable contractors. Clean Cut Painting employees are very efficient and personable. They showed up each day ready to work and work they did. Ryan kept me informed during the prep process as my log home needed a lot of TLC. Weather cooperated (most of the time) and the project was completed in less than two weeks. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the quality of his and his crew's work. Attention to detail was excellent. I would hire this company for any painting projects I may have in the future. I've also recommended this company to friends and neighbors. Thank you Clean Cut Painting for a job well done.

They did exterior stain on our summer cottage and painted an interior bathroom. Both jobs were well done.

They were amazing. We weren’t sure on color so they mocked up a couple options and brought them to our house for us to decide. When the work started they were very professional and prepped the house by covering (tape and plastic) so windows and doors would not be impacted. We have a large log home with an in-law apartment that hadn’t been stained since the house was built(over 20 years)- it now looks like a new home. We have recommended them to friends. Our son is having his home done this summer. We highly recommend hiring them (the price was also reasonable).

Very professional job. The staining was done in a timely way, with windows and other property covered as needed. The staff and workers were courteous and kept us informed during the work. The stain color was exactly what we wanted and looks beautiful! Overall the job was a great value and I am completely satisfied with the experience.

Used clean cut to paint the outside of my camp, stairs & dock and additionally to stain the inside of the porch overlooking on Galway Lake last season. They did an outstanding job, the paint quality was top notch and the camp has not looked this good in meant many years. I delayed reviewing until a season in and the job still looks great. Mike and his crew were more fabulous than I can put into words. They were responsive, accommodating, professional, communicative and timely. Every single crew member worked on our job and each could answer questions and speak intelligently about the job. Extreme value for the money...you get friends when you hire Mike and his crew.

I put a deposit down on my project in July. The project is still not done and my deposit has not been refunded. I have an older home and was looking for someone who could potentially do some renovation work but after five months, they have not even managed what Michael describes as a one-day exterior painting project. A year later, my project is complete. The quality of the work is excellent. I did have to wait a year, but my house looks good.

Great crew and boss. They did what was needed. They have a carpenter who can, if wanted ,replace clapboards ,trim etc.They were kind to my elderly parent who was around while work was happening and even shared a lunch with him . Good human qualities. They do inside work as well so I will hire them for a bit of that.

When you are from away finding the right person for the job can be a difficult process. Trusting someone to care for your home, maintain the highest level of pride and quality of workmanship, and get the job done in a timely manner while you are hundreds of miles away can be an almost impossible task. However, twenty-five years ago a younger Michael Pellitier was part of the painting team working on our first home in Newry. When Mike created his own company he became our go-to guy for all of our painting needs. Most recently our current home needed substainal work including exterior and interior painting, replacement of structural decorative columns and pedestals and replacement of 20% of the mahogony decking of our porch. Clean Cut worked hand-in-hand with our contractor and provided a result that was beyond our expectations. Throughout the process Mike was available to discuss issues or questions that I may have had and reached out to me for updates, coordination and questions that he had. Our Five Star rating is truely that - a recommendation of excellence, total trust and satisfaction.

Clean Cut did a fantastic job painting our house. They painted both the entire interior and exterior of our house in Denmark, ME. I was very impressed with their quality and professionalism. They did a great job preparing the house including a day of carpentry to repair and replace some rotting window sills, door molding, and clap board siding. They also caulked and sanded everything that was needed. Michael was very pleasant to deal with and very informative. He gave us good advice on paint colors and types and was always available to answer questions during the process from bid to final inspection. Tom and his crew worked very hard to get the job done on a timely basis and kept a clean, well organized job site. They were very experienced and went out of their way to please us. It's nice to know that there are still some companies that take pride in their work and can deliver a quality product at a reasonable price.

Clean cut painting stained my 28 x 50 garage. Mike called ahead of time and scheduled when they would be on site. His crew showed up early, had minimal breaks, and finished the job (2 coats of stain and trim work) in one day. Out of 4 contractors solicited, had the best price for midcoast Maine that I could find...not by a little, but by alot! Seriously the best contractor I have used on home advisor. My garage is 10 years old and looks like it was built yesterday. Couldn't be happier.

There were some extra needs that were accommodated in completing the work and the owner was willing to adjust the job to accomplish these. He was very understanding and willing to work out a plan so that we were very happy with the process and the completed project!

Even with all the spring weather delays they showed up on time in June and completed the job in less time than planned. The quality of the job is outstanding. I highly recommend Clean Cut. If you want a premium job these are the guys.

Great job by the entire crew. They worked with professionalism and paid attention to detail throughout the project. The team had a carpenter / handyman come to the house to complete repairs needed before the home was painted. One thing that stood out was the pride the crew took in their work.

They arrived as scheduled, worked around mother nature as best as possible, finished in a timely manner and CLEANED UP THE ENTIRE JOB SITE! Which from experience with contractors, does not always happen. The crew was professional and attentive. I would hire them again!
