"Not only were they able to schedule a home inspection within a day or two of first being contacted, they were very detailed and very responsive. The day after the inspection the report was ready. The house itself was terrible but the inspection was thoroughly completed, listing everything that was wrong or could be a potential hazard/issue. I will absolutely be using them again."

"I have had the best experience with Customer Service ever. Ricky Magoon, the Sales Rep and Technician went over and above all expectations. From diagnosis to replacement of an old system. He has helped me solve a serious problem with drainage from a business next door to me. On his own time, and using his own equipment he dug a ditch to divert the rain and snow melt drainage away from my home and garage. In the past, it had flooded my basement and flowed through my garage. You should consider him a valuable asset to your Company."
