As of 2024 we no longer offer oil burner or plumbing work as our company techs have all made the decision due to rising insurance cost to let their licenses lap. We will continue home inspections in Maine for the time being with prices adjusted due to increasing certification and insurance cost. We prefer to have our clients attend the inspection, as an on-site consultation helps avoid potential misunderstandings and that all your questions can be answered on the site. Our thorough inspection reports are e-mailed to the client at the end of the inspection. They will identify any serious structural defects and deferred maintenance issues that may not be apparent when you initially view a property.
