Technician Robb Putek (COA 8043) arrived within the time specified. He was very friendly and professional. Robb inspected inside and outside of my home, letting me know where my problems were and what he could fix. He also let me know about problems he could not fix such as a garage door that had gaps, but gave me suggestions on what to do about it. Robb did a great job filling in gaps inside and outside of my home. He showed me the places he fixed, which I felt looked professional and neat. Would recommend this business/technician highly base on my experience.

Had mice in my home and wanted work done to patch up any openings where they were getting in.

Business came and did the free initial visit. Gentleman who came was on time and very polite. However, he seemed to discount every thing we said and finally stated he would leave glue traps and return in 5 days. We have not heard from them since and have called them 3 times with no return call. Called again today and left voicemail that we did not appreciate being ignored and would call a company that was reliable. We plan to tell our landlord not to pay any invoices from this company.

Description of Work
There are very few choices of pest control services in our area. I took a chance and contacted Bug Busterzzz to inquire about seasonal services. KC, our service provider came the next day. He was very professional, congenial, and thorough. He returned twice more over the course of the season, and each time provided exceptional service. This year, 2012, we had been over run with black wasps, up to 2 - 3 per day getting into the house. We called on Monday, 5/14/12, made an appointment for 5/17/12 at 10:00 AM. They arrived at 10:00 AM, explained the process and cost. We told them to have at it. They were gone in about an hour. We haven't had any wasps since. Bug Busterzz is great!!!

Bug Busterzz treated our house, inside and out for wasp removal. They're gone!
