"Freedom Fence & Deck did a fantastic job replacing our 35-year-old wood fence with a beautiful white vinyl fence. Jim (the salesman) was very easy to work with and accommodated all of our design choices. We found particular latches and handles that we wanted to use, and they agreed to install them for us. The contract process was quick and straightforward. After about six weeks, they were ready to install the fence. They sent out two crews at the same time, plus the owner Steve, who worked alongside them. With seven people working, they managed to finish the entire job in just one day! Our old wood fence was completely removed in about 15 minutes, and then they meticulously installed the new fence, setting all the posts into wet concrete and making sure all the sections were straight. At the end of the long day, when one of the locking gate latches wasn’t working right, Steve patiently worked on it until eventually we realized the part was defective, so he replaced it with a working one. A certain kind of handle had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in, he came back to install it. The fence materials are extremely high quality—the vinyl feels very thick and sturdy, unlike the kind sold at the home improvement stores. And the new fence has completely transformed the look of our property—we’ve already had several compliments from neighbors. The whole process couldn’t have gone better, and I’m happy to recommend Freedom Fence & Deck for all your fencing needs!"

"The Fence and Deck Connection total experience completely exceeded expectations! From the initial contact to request a meeting; meeting with David King to discuss our ideas and creating design plans; receiving CAD drawing of the design; meeting with Anthony (AJ) Jean-Louis to discuss production plans and quickly answering questions along the way; the production team did a great job on the work site everyday - from start to finish; and meeting with AJ for final walkthrough. The complete process was done with professionalism; an enjoyable experience for such a major project. "I hired Rustic fence based on a referral received from a long time resident in Howard Count that owned horses. Dwayne came out and provided a detailed estimate. Unlike other companies that wanted to install pressure treated pine, Dwayne explained how proper selection of the type of wood used for the fence would result in the fence having a longer service life.
The work started and ended on time. The crew cleaned up everything after they were done and left us with a beautiful new fence!
