"The people at Freedom Fence were wonderful to work with. The salesman, Jim, was detailed in the price and plan and responsive to all of my questions. When their quote came in above the other bids I got, Jim worked with me to get to a price that we could both agree on - I was willing to not go with the lowest bid because I knew the quality of what I would get from Freedom would be higher. Construction was a bit delayed because of weather, but the team was great and the owner Steve came by to meet me the first day and returned the second to inspect the job. The fence looks great!"

From the initial contact to request a meeting; meeting with David King to discuss our ideas and creating design plans; receiving CAD drawing of the design; meeting with Anthony (AJ) Jean-Louis to discuss production plans and quickly answering questions along the way; the production team did a great job on the work site everyday - from start to finish; and meeting with AJ for final walkthrough. The complete process was done with professionalism; an enjoyable experience for such a major project. "I received several estimates and Fence & Deck Connection, after a very professional examination of the situation and a very clear explanation of the replacement plan, presented me with the lowest bid. Another fence company's bid was three times the cost! After choosing Fence & Deck Connection, I had two more visits from their personnel to plan the installation. When the crew arrived to install they were fully aware of what needed to be done. In one morning they installed a beautiful fence that was even more than I had hoped for. "I hired Rustic fence based on a referral received from a long time resident in Howard Count that owned horses. Dwayne came out and provided a detailed estimate. Unlike other companies that wanted to install pressure treated pine, Dwayne explained how proper selection of the type of wood used for the fence would result in the fence having a longer service life.
The work started and ended on time. The crew cleaned up everything after they were done and left us with a beautiful new fence!
