He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. Despite my time limitations, he did not rush nor do shoddy work his perfectionism worked in my favor. He was respectful of me and the property and always cleaned up the days workspace.
