"Topping Lawn Care team arrived on time and proceeded to cut and remove heavy weed and shrub growth from around our chain link fence and shed. They were very professional and offered their services at a fair price. I am planning to use them again to cut and trim some tree branches and limbs on some of our trees."

"ESPS team were available immediately after flood waters damaged our home. They spent multiple days clearing out moisture, removing damage flooring, opening up walls (removed trim and 2â of wallboard), repaired sump pump and drain field. Had all the necessary contacts, tools and resources to haul away debris and establish storage for all our belongings. They wrapped and boxed all our personal effects and created an easy access system that allowed repair work to be done efficiently. Theyâ re a busy crew but Doug manages a great team that should be your first call for remediation. Communication is amazing, best of any contractor in our experience."

Handyman Services questions, answered by experts

After cutting Corian® to the right size, you may have to attach it to another piece of Corian®, either at a corner or another seam. One way to create the tightest seam is to place the two pieces of Corian® on a level surface at ⅜-inch apart. Run a router in between the two slabs to create an identical edge on both pieces. Then use the proper DuPont Joint Adhesive for your type of seam and countertop to join the Corian® together.

Hiring a handyperson offers several benefits. They can save you time and hassle by completing tasks you may not have the time or experience to do yourself. A key advantage is ensuring the project is done correctly, which can prevent future issues and save money in the long run. For projects that pose safety risks, hiring an experienced professional is a much safer option. Additionally, handypeople are often more available for smaller jobs that larger contractors may not have the schedule for.

Using a pro guarantees correct tools and expertise, preventing potential household mishaps.

A handyperson is the professional term used to describe professional fixers who can tackle a wide range of general home repairs. Some pros may prefer to use the term handyworker, handyman, or handywoman, so we recommend politely asking your pro how they would like you to identify them during the project.

A big resounding yes, hiring a contractor is 100% worth it. They bring expertise, manage permits, coordinate professions in different trades, and help avoid costly mistakes. A pro can keep your project on budget and schedule while ensuring quality work that adds value to your home.
