Peephole was installed in front door. Internal door lock latches were installed. Outside downspout drain extenders were installed. Mini-blinds were installed at french door panels. Custom window curtain fittings were adjusted up for better fit. Will re-hire."

"Ronal works with his little brother, wife, and another bud. All are very nice and respectful of your home. We had a custom shower install 10 yrs ago, but after excessive use by the whole family (4 of us every day...) and a still-settling house, it developed a leak in the lower shower corner. We only needed the lower 18" of tile wall to be replaced (it's still available), a new shower pan and floor, structure inspected and repaired if needed, and we added a new bathroom floor and toilet to the job. No plumbing, electrical, or cabinetry were needed as it was all still kinda fancy and in great shape. Ronal was the only response out of about 10 from Angi's list that would agree to do this partial bathroom repair/remodel. ALL THE OTHERS offering estimates demanded to do a full gut and replacement. His attention to detail is excellent, and the grout colors and gaps match perfectly. We are having him back for our downstairs bathroom and are recommending him to any others needed tile-based home improvement. 10 out of 5 stars!"

"Felix was excellent at caulking my shower glass bottom frame--i told him he only needed to buy one tube of caulk to do the job but he brought 2 tubes. there was a language barrier although he was very nice once he got here..he was here less than one hour and charged me $120 plus the cost of $34 for 2 tubes of caulk--which in my opinion was expensive as he only used 1/4 of one tube of caulk and didn't offer to only charge me for one tube. He did arrive the same day which was great."

"Mike and his son did all the work themselves. Came out and gave a free estimate, priced the project, then got right to work once the job was accepted. They worked quickly, efficiently, and did an excellent job. They kept the workspace clean and cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. They punched a hole through the wall to install a new window. The drywall on the inside has a texture and had previously been redone horribly. Mike fixed it right up around the window to match the rest of the walls. On the outside he fabricated a boarder to make the aluminum siding match up with the window frame. Overall it was excellent work!"

The shower wall panels we ordered through a big-chain home store did not arrive on the promised date. In fact we had to cancel the order after the product had not shipped after being 3 weeks overdue. We switched to tile from a local supplier. He was able to adjust his schedule to complete the job in a timely manner. He even went the extra step and save us a few hundred dollars by thoroughly cleaning our shower basin. It looks brand new!
