"This Pro removed an old storm door and installed a new storm door. Gutters were cleaned out and gutter covers were installed. Failed bathroom exhaust fan unit was replaced with a newly installed unit. In 2 bathrooms a medicine cabinet with mirror was installed, new shower unit was installed, new toilet seat was installed. Peephole was installed in front door. Internal door lock latches were installed. Outside downspout drain extenders were installed. Mini-blinds were installed at french door panels. Custom window curtain fittings were adjusted up for better fit. Will re-hire."

"They have installed a step railing at this point. We have other work that they will be doing at a later date. Very impressed with their knowledge on different work that we need to have done."

"Their workers and subs are excellentâ ¦ however the designers and office staff do not pay attention to detail. Therefore there were delays, because they asked us to give them our choices and we did immediately. However, when it came time to install those choices, the office did not act on our choices, then it delayed. They also did not or forgot to do some of the work, which ended up not being complete., and rather than delay further we did not do that portion of the work. I guess if you ride roughshod they would be okay.."

"Over the last three months we've hired CMI Construction Group for 3 different projects: replace our front storm door, replace our rear exterior door, and most recently, to replace our shower walls and door in the master bath. His commitment to producing high quality results is obvious. Other contractors we've had seemed to care more about rushing through a job rather than the final product. He treated each project with great care and attention. If he said he'd do something, he did, on time and on schedule. We found him very reliable. He was also very flexible. The shower wall panels we ordered through a big-chain home store did not arrive on the promised date. In fact we had to cancel the order after the product had not shipped after being 3 weeks overdue. We switched to tile from a local supplier. He was able to adjust his schedule to complete the job in a timely manner. He even went the extra step and save us a few hundred dollars by thoroughly cleaning our shower basin. It looks brand new! We highly recommend CMI Construction Group and will definitely call them for future projects."

"The guys from Spicer Bros. Ripped of the old ridge vent and Installed the new in very short order."

"Mike and his son did all the work themselves. Came out and gave a free estimate, priced the project, then got right to work once the job was accepted. They worked quickly, efficiently, and did an excellent job. They kept the workspace clean and cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. They punched a hole through the wall to install a new window. The drywall on the inside has a texture and had previously been redone horribly. Mike fixed it right up around the window to match the rest of the walls. On the outside he fabricated a boarder to make the aluminum siding match up with the window frame. Overall it was excellent work!"

"They were very professional and efficient.  Showed up on time.  Completed the job when they said they would.  Removed all of the old windows.  I was very happy with service.
