I hired Kevin to transform our one season porch into a four season room with an added on outside porch. The work was done professionally and on time with no difficulties along gthe way. Kevin was very easy to work with. He was more than patient and understanding when we needed to postpone the project due to a family emergency. The young men working with him were delightful. All in all, it was a hardworking crew who got the job done despite the heat and working out in the hot sun. I will use Labrador Renovations again should I have another project in the future.

Kevin is an excellent contractor. He listens to his client, arrived on time, works incredible hard, is meticulous and detail-orientated. Excellent communicator. Will definitely hire him again and no hesitation in recommending him!

Kevin is very particular about the quality of work he performs. There were a couple of issues that many contractors would overlook or try and cover over but Kevin took the time to correct the imperfection even though the process was time consuming and would not have been evident. In the end, I feel as if I received a higher quality deck than I had expected. I would highly recommend this company.

Labrador Renovations performed quality work at a reasonable price. They installed two stairway railings which perfectly matched the existing porch railing, and increased the curb appeal of my home. Kevin installed new excellent high quality vinyl front step handrails for my front porch steps. He does excellent work. The installed handrails look great. Kevin is knowledgeable and professional. Kevin and his crew were a pleasure to work with. He replaced 2 large old wooden decks with beautiful composite wood deck boards. New white PVC railing. He wrapped the supports posts in white composite material. All no or very low maintenance. I am very pleased with the finished look. He also will do small jobs too. He replaced an exterior door threshold on a rental house I own. Would highly recommend Labrador Renovations for your next project.
