He gave me a variety of options for fixing, and just as importantly did not try to upsell me a roof I don't need (yet). "Felix was excellent at caulking my shower glass bottom frame--i told him he only needed to buy one tube of caulk to do the job but he brought 2 tubes. there was a language barrier although he was very nice once he got here..he was here less than one hour and charged me $120 plus the cost of $34 for 2 tubes of caulk--which in my opinion was expensive as he only used 1/4 of one tube of caulk and didn't offer to only charge me for one tube. He did arrive the same day which was great."

"Mike and his son did all the work themselves. Came out and gave a free estimate, priced the project, then got right to work once the job was accepted. They worked quickly, efficiently, and did an excellent job. They kept the workspace clean and cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. They punched a hole through the wall to install a new window. The drywall on the inside has a texture and had previously been redone horribly. Mike fixed it right up around the window to match the rest of the walls. On the outside he fabricated a boarder to make the aluminum siding match up with the window frame. Overall it was excellent work!"
