The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. "Hired this company to replace some drywall and install an Acoustic Ceiling in my basement (Drop ceiling). I had my basement waterproofed a few years ago and the bottom portion of my drywall was cut out to get it done. Victorian Construction quoted me what I believe to be a fair price. They did a good job and im happy with the end result. The wife likes it a lot. I would use these guys again for another job. A prior contractor installed our drywall and did a crappy job. They fixed some of the mistakes from the previous contractor as well and made it look presentable."
