El came and gave us an estimate. We negotiated on the siding price. He and his crew arrived on schedule, power washed the building, sanded the roof rust spots, washed the spots, and then painted. At the same time as painting the second coat on the roof, his crew put two layers of stain on the siding. The crew was always on schedule, given the weather, and were always professional.
