"Dimitri and his crew did an incredible job with our house. This was a big job, but it went more smoothly than I could have imagined. Dimitri showed up when he said he would, the work was outstanding, and the project was completed earlier than expected despite cold weather delays! Because of the work that was being done, we had to move out of the house for a few months. Dimitri made sure we could move in again as soon as possible. Dimitri also made some great recommendations about how we should do certain things in the house. Turns out all the ideas he had were good ones! 
We have returned to Dimitri's Home Improvement many times since this initial project, and we have recommended them to our friends, family and neighbors.

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

They were true professionals and did a fantastic job with power spraying our siding and replacing all of our outdated window screen mesh with high-quality materials. "I had a very positive experience with JCB and will definitely call them in the future when I need help. I wanted to completely change my kitchen but I didn’t want to shoulder the expense of new cabinetry. I spoke to Brandon about my vision (which was to have a rustic, distressed look on my kitchen cabinetry with coordinated accent cabinetry around the kitchen) and he gave me a lot of helpful info on the phone, even before I signed the contract. He came out to my home to show me what they could do, to make sure it was to my liking. His estimate also seemed fair. Once the job started, Brandon and Chris and Joe were kind and communicative, letting me know what they were doing each day and checking in for feedback. Because I wanted a unique, distressed look on my cabinets, they created the look entirely by hand based on my description of what I wanted. It was painstaking and labor-intensive, but they worked efficiently. The entire job was done in a week (they worked through the weekend) and I’m thrilled with the result. They also re-painted my walls, in a color that complimented the new cabinetry, and they replaced a light fixture. In addition to be very talented and building me a kitchen that I love, they are genuinely good humans, which is even more important. I’d highly recommend JCB."
