"A&S subcontracts nearly every step of the installation and takes no responsibility for their contractors. Decking contractors failed inspection and had to redo decking twice, mediated by customer, not A&S. Raypack heater never had connectivity to Jandy wireless system. A&S took no responsibility for issue and gave up, leaving customer with defective product. Never saw sales representative after breaking ground. Update: Could not edit previous review, so posting update: Had issues w/ heater and customer service was quick to respond and remedy. Provided name and direct line so I could contact in the future. "Elite installed our in-ground salt water pool about 9 years ago and they did an amazing job. We worked directly with Mark and he stepped us through the entire process and helped us create the best free-form design for our space and our budget. Unfortunately, over the years, we didn't maintain the seals around the coping and water made its way under the coping stones and behind the tile causing accent tiles to pop and stones to loosen. We needed to have the coping stones reset and decided to change our accent tiles. Dustin provided a ton of tile options and did a great job managing the effort. "Contacted Louis thru Angie's List and he responded that evening and set up to come out and look things over.  Louis and Chris came by that weekend and gave us an estimate to replace the liner and add steps to the pool.  Came out Monday and did the whole job in one day.  Louis and his team were a pleasure to work with. Pool looks great! "I had a great experience with Basement Remodeling. From the beginning, they were very transparent about their cost as compared to others but also about their comparative experience and the quality of their service. Without giving exact numbers, they were just about in the middle. The project was finished quicker than originally stated without a loss in quality or attention to detail. Eric, my Project Manager, took great care in understanding my wants/needs and laying out a comprehensive plan. He kept me informed of what to expect and what I needed to do throughout the process. There were no surprises in timelines or costs. Any additional expenses were driven by my added requests. Also, Eric was always responsive and helpful in coming up with ways to meet my requests. Renovations are, by their very nature, intrusive. But the teams that came into my house were respectful of my property and my family. One team worked later than scheduled to try to finish up before schedule, but they politely quit work upon my request. "I needed a walkway built to get my patients into my home office. I was very nervous about the project because it had to be both accessible and beautiful for my business. This is a tall order since it was on a large slope and I had no idea what to do. I had some ideas of what I wanted and thought I had come up with some good plans, but with James's experience he was able to come up with a great idea that was so much better. He came up with natural stone steps, boulder rock retaining wall, railings, and a paver patio to my office entrance. <br /> <br /> James made me feel comfortable that he could handle this project and at ease that he solved the problems I had with ensuring both beauty and functionality.
