"Fabulous! We needed our water conditioner serviced and other company wouldn't touch it because they didn't install it and just wanted to sell us a new one. Rebecca scheduled us for the following day! Steve Venditti was great, has 20 years of experience and knew what he was doing. He spoke with the manufacturer and they decided what needed to be done. He had the parts on his truck and 4 hours later the job was done. $500 included parts and labor and service call. Very fair price and excellent service. Totally professional. Highly recommend."

"We had a SUMP PUMP installed outside a basement door to stop water from coming in door. There were a few â  rockyâ  moments with the 1st installer (& the dispatcher) but the owner of this company.. "Avid Services did excellent work.  In addition, they finished on time as planned.  They were very diligent and meticulous. They
made sure after each major installation that we were satisfied before moving on
to the next part of the job. The workers were very respectful and careful in
the care of our home.  The gentleman who
installed our cabinets (Scott) was a master at his craft. He genuinely cared
about the overall look of the finished product and was creative in working out
