The initial technician Justin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in initiating this process, educating me on important issues, and helping me to decide to move forward! Clay has been integral in deciding which system to choose, sorting out the financials, and supporting us making sure that we received everything we desired for the installation! Casey and Gabe were incredible with the installation process! Very considerate professional and knowledgeable guys with a “let’s get it done, and get it done the right way” work ethic! These two took minimal breaks and persevered onward through the entire process! Their acute attention to the details wrapped this entire project up amazingly! My family and I are are grateful for all four of you, your efforts, and making this happen for us! I look forward to doing business with you all for years to come!

I feel the cost is a bit high for duct cleaning. For a 2 hour job and having to cut holes in my duct work to perform it, I feel it could be better priced for the consumer. The before and after pictures were great. My dryer vent wasn't hooked back up, what a nightmare getting back there to hook it back up.

Very professional and meticulous with his work. He layer down a plastic sheet where he worked. He even pulled out the pellet stove out of the Fire place and cleaned behind it. I believe we have used him for 3 years now. I would not use any one else! For the work he accomplished his price was very reasonable.

They were great. I didn't have any problems with them. They were real good. I haven't had to pay. It was 2 different guys that came. They were really nice. They put things on their feet when they came in. They talked to me, explained about what might happen to it. I have a really old air conditioner, but they know I have the warranty. We are kind of like waiting for the thing just to die. They were great. They actually called me this time. They said between 11 and 2. He was here about a quarter til 12. He called me before and told me how long it would be til he got here.

I can't recommend Aire Serv enough, we have the same technician each time by request, and he is very professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. I have had other technicians from this company and they are all well versed in what they do and very polite and tidy. What I like about Aire Serv is that they do not try to force you to buy things just because they want to make money. That is the reason I dropped my old service. They do a full inspection of your entire system each time they come, change your air filter, whatever your system needs. You will be very happy you gave them a call.

Excellent experience. Nick S was great to deal with in helping me understand and figure out the requirements for my home. The install team (Joe C) arrived on time each day, and were professional, courteous, and hard workers. Install team made sure to keep house clean during installation. Systems currently running well, will use Aire Serv for all future HVAC needs.

It cost a lot , it was on a weekend and we did not have a lot of choice. They came out, they were prompt. It was on a weekend and so, I had to pay through the nose for the service call. I had them recharge the system to find out where the leak was. The price was average. They did good work, we didn't have to have them back again. for responsiveness, they were good. They came out within 2 hours from when I called. They were punctual. We don't live there anymore but if we still lived in that area, I would call them back. It was a good experience. It took a couple of hours. the service technician was good. They did a good job, we didn't have to have them back.

I purchased a $69 special for a furnace maintenance. Technician was pleasant but referred to my 9 year old furnace as old. A furnace is old at about 30 years old. Between the hard sells he was pitching for parts that were functioning but he recommended replacing, he actually cleaned the furnace and blower unit out pretty well. He checked out what he was supposed to. But throughout the entire time he was there he was hard selling other services such as vent cleaning, twice a year service package, etc. Really a turn off. Bottom line is my furnace was making noise which I figured was the blower. He cleaned the blower. No more noise. But the the sale pitches need to go.

I think you will find with any service company that truly cares about their customers, that they will not only fix what is broken now, but also make strong recommendations for things that are wearing or could break soon to make sure that your system runs at the highest efficiency. Nobody wants to be inconvenienced by having someone come out multiple times to repair things that break, if it could have been caught the first time, and that is why we recommend, as well as manufactures recommend, that you have your system maintained twice a year. A tune-up in the spring and in the fall keeps your system running and functioning smoothly, similar to having an oil change for your car multiple times a year. I hope this makes sense in why we do things the way we do them, but thank you so much for the reminder to not push to hard. We do look forward to servicing your home again in the future."

I choose Aire Serv based on the high number of quality reviews here on Angies List and other websites and they did not disappoint. The entire service team we dealt with including the dispatcher, the service technician, salesperson and installers were all great. They sent out their service tech free of charge to offer a second opinion on the condition of my furnace. He was very courteous and professional and did a great job of explaining everything that was going on with my furnace and helped me make an informed decision. I ultimately decided to replace my furnace and and A/C unit. The salesperson that came out the next day was also great. He really took his time explaining the process to me and was very patient with all my questions. We spent a good bit of time configuring the system to meet our needs and I felt pretty comfortable that I had made the right choices for all the different options available. He never pressured me to choose more expensive options and really helped to get us a high quality system that fit our budget. He also found me some additional savings that I was unaware of to help soften the blow. A few days later the installers came out and replaced the furnace and A/C unit. Again, the were very polite and courteous and did whatever they could to avoid inconveniencing us throughout the day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
