"The project manager of the remodel, Jason, was always in contact with me about when workers would be at the house and to see how everything was going. He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."

"We are ecstatic about how our basement renovation turned out! When my husband and I met Chris in March 2021, he was very professional and knowledgeable about what it would for our project. The cost estimate he provided was reasonable and we were able to stay in budget. His team was polite and had good work ethic. Chris was very engaged in the entire project and kept us aware of progress and delays. In addition to the project, they included a few other items that really helped us (I.e., electrical socket in the front of house, cable wiring in the living room for better signaling throughout the house)They did great work and we will be using their services for future projects! "Kim came to the house and evaluated what work should be done. His analysis was the most reasonable in that he was replacing an old system and whereas other contractors wanted to move the location of one of the sump crocks he argued that the water had found its way to the location of the crocks and new ones should be installed in the same locations.
The job was to be two days and they brought in four or five people, Evan was the crew chief and he was very professional. When they broke into the floor they found things a bit different than expected and made some adjustments after consulting with Pat at the home office.
 The second and final day their truck broke down at the shop and they called to tell me they would be two hours late, that is the reason I put a "C" for punctuality. The Fortress straps went up on the slightly-bowed wall but they mistakenly added 1/4" holes for fasteners for a vapor barrier, two of the holes were put into the Fortress carbon fiber straps.
After they left I noticed the holes and called. Pat answered and told me the holes would not negate the warranty and he sent me an e-mail from the manufacturer saying so. He was very helpful in easing my concerns. Evan, the crew chief called and said he would patch the holes they mistakenly put up for the vapor barrier on that wall. We scheduled that for October, it is only cosmetic. We have had a few good rains and the job looks good. The concrete they put over the drainage system, the wall board, the drain board, the new crocks, and concrete around it looks really nice. We don't even hear the sump pumps running anymore with the new pumps and crocks and covers. We are happy with the job.

"The crawlspace in our recently purchased house was a mess—full of water, mold, and deteriorated insulation. NV gave us a competitive price, on par with the other bids we got, and their bid seemed more comprehensive than some of the others. Jaime did an excellent job explaining everything to me and talking me through any questions we had. Once the work began, Manny and the rest of the guys did a great job—they were on site promptly each day and were clearly working hard over the three days of the project. Manny was very communicative and easy to work with and even went out of his way to help us with some extra items in the yard. The crawlspace looks awesome now—clean and dry! "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
