Did not do what I asked, then lied about it. Mr. Diaz improved a basement room for me. I told him I needed to be able to remove a section of wall and be able to see behind it because my basement had had so many water problems that I didn't trust they were truly over. He said he understood and agreed to attach things with screws and not use nails. When he was done I even asked again "No nails?" and he replied "No nails!" The room was great for 9 months, but then, after a really huge rainstorm, I got some leaking, When I went to take out the screws and look behind the finished wall, I found that in addition to screws there were tons of finishing nails everywhere. This added hours to my task and damaged the wall I was supposed to be able to remove easily. I tried reaching out to Mr. Diaz but once he realized who I was he stopped responding. I am extremely disappointed.

Mr. Diaz Remodeling was excellent! They finished the work in 6.5 days, so a week ahead of schedule. Crew of 2-3 paid great attention to detail, e.g., miter cuts, painting, staining, etc. Extremely neat in cleanup, on time, quick to communicate by text, and ask questions. Victor Diaz also went above and beyond to rewire some doorbell wiring before it got sealed and persevered in installing a tricky recessed light in a tight space (between ducts) to match pattern with the rest. We now have a beautiful, bright new room in time for holiday guests! We would definitely using their services again for a future project, and recommend them highly for remodeling work!

Victor and his team were very professional and took good care of my home. He presented a contract and kept me informed. If there were any issues he came back and fixed the right away. He will be doing other projects for me next year. I highly recommend him and his team.
