"Everyone was very professional and courteous. Since they were both waterproofing (installing a sump pump system) and finishing the basement there were two different crews but each one was knowledgeable and took care and time to show me every step they were making. There were a few times where communication from the head office was a little lacking but the team members themselves were great. I would highly recommend their services even though the price tag is quite high."

"The young man who did the job of installing an indoor turn off valve for the outside hose was very polite and did a good job. The company, however p, is VERY expensive! The job took less than 40 minutes and cost $342. My fault for not asking the cost once he arrived."
