"I came to Melissa & Bluehouse a number of years ago as I couldn't visualize the layout to accomplish my goals in what began as a kitchen remodel. Melissa's impeccable handling of my project from the word "go" is nothing but an understatement! Each and every detail I listed from want's & desires to fears & concerns were addressed. Living up to her word every step of the way, Melissa addressed my list while pointing out elements I hadn't thought of. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
