"I have hesitated to write this review because the company was supposed to send someone out to do a touchup the next time they were in my area, but they never came.  Since where the touch up is needed (a corner of the tub) isn't really noticeable to me, and as more and more time went by, I just let it go. This is the reason I downgraded "responsiveness" to a B. Otherwise I would have given an A grade because the men who did the work were excellent.
My advice: Don't pay immediately after the job is finished but wait for a bill. That way if something needs to be fixed, the company will have an incentive to send someone out. Since I had already paid in full, there was no such incentive.
I was surprised at the size of the exhaust hose that is used while the tub finish is being applied. Because my bathroom is small, the hose had to go down the front hall and out the front door. Fortunately, the weather was not cold. The finish had to cure before the rest of the work could be completed. The smell wasn't pleasant, but it was tolerable.
I don't remember if it was the next day or two days later that the wall surround was put up over the existing tile, the ceiling lined, and a new drain and new fixtures installed. The installer was a different man from the one who had applied the glaze. He worked very hard, as it wasn't an easy job, due to some irregularities in the bathtub tile area. He also screwed in the grip bars that had to be removed before the wall lining could go up.
All in all I was satisfied with the work, although the caulking that was used gets moldy, and the mold is hard to remove. The wall surround and ceiling, however, do not attract mold, hallelujah.  I thought the price was right. I'm glad I had the work done.

"After Tony and crew finished our deck we liked them so much that we had them come in and paint 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms plus patch numerous flaws in the drywall. Sometime during this process I decided to sell my house and Tony took me around and showed me things that he could do to make the house show well and with a great looking first impression. Tony and his team ended up painting our formal living and dining rooms. The foyer and the hallway upstairs. They changed doors and locks, and painted the walls going down to the basement. I absolutely would recommend Tony. He is very professional and has a lot of drive to make his customer (me in this instance) happy. "These guys are fantastic! I can not say enough to give them enough praise. I have used them twice now. Once to paint my upstairs (every wall) and then again to paint the formal rooms downstairs (formal living, dining and foyer) and 2 stairways. They are very professional, the owner stopped by several times to check in on the progress and the lead painter made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way and pointed out any issues that may slow them down, presented us options, and had us decide what action was best. We just bought our house and it had many problems with the walls - mostly bad sheet rock tape and a multitude of dents. Our painters fixed it all! We were limited on time, so instead of leaving work undone or requiring another of of work, they brought in a 4th painter and stayed late to make sure everything was done to satisfaction.  At one point, they had started painting one room, and I decided the color I picked out did not work. No problem, no grumbling or complaints, they just moved to another area until I could get a gallon of the new color.  Every time I peeked in on them, not once did I catch anyone resting or slacking off. These are very hard working fellows and very good at what they do.  Professionalism and quality of work at its best.
