"Exceptional service! Administration, Supervisor/Estimator and Arborists are all extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Each of the 5-man onsite crew (3 climbers, 2 ground) is skilled and professional but together they formed a spectacular team. They coordinated cutting/removing trees that were entwined with electrical and communications cables in a confined space with breathtaking efficiency. The work was started on-time, property was protected and effective clean-up was integrated into the process. Unfortunately, these trees needed to be removed due to safety concerns but would also call them for other services. I believe that this experienced company excels in everything they do and I highly recommend Arbor Care!"

"Beautifully. We choose them in 2014 because they were available after a major storm. In 2014, they repaired major damage to several trees and gave us excellent advice about trees on our property. These people are arborists, not merely tree cutters. In 2016, they moved a 10-ft section of decorative block wall away from a large tree. The results were stunning: you would think that the wall had originally been laid in its current location.. In neither case did we get other bids, but I suspect this firm is a bit pricier than many others. Still, I would ask them for a proposal, for you will get a free education that is worth your time."

"Only service done well was flower bed edging...I had to show the worker how to plant a shrub and I had to provide the supplemental soil, luckily, before he got the shrub in the ground. Unfortunately, crew does not clean up well and leaves unused soil. As far at the tree removal, that went ok until I noticed they were going to leave the stump, after I explicitly asked that it be removed, too. Job was then completed, but crew did not remove wood chips and pieces of stump, which I had to do before lawn could be cut. Language was a big problem and one could only be understood by the boss - very irritating. Very professional at the outset, but the quality of the work precludes any followup."

These folks are really great to work with and did a fantastic cleanup when they were done. Walter is an arborist and takes the time to explain the why and wherefore of pruning a tree."

"This company is really impressive. They work hard, come prepared and on time, and are wonderfully efficient. The first day, they sent 9 men to work all day. Everyone was polite, and some were absolutely delightful. These are true professionals. Several of the guys were studying horticulture--and the company was sending them to school. All native English speakers. They have a knowledgeable and very pleasant designer who listens very well. I am a very experienced gardener, and both the designer and job supervisor welcomed that and we worked well together. They knew and appreciated my specimen plants, and my landscape.
