Bug and Insect Pest Control Service
Won't let you cancel without charging you for future services. Stay away from this money hungry company. Absolutely no gratitude for being a customer for 5+ years and thousands of dollars. It's all about the money. Terrible customer service.

I haven't seen the ground hog(s) since On The Fly closed off the holes where the ground hog(s) burrowed in order to enter and exit. On The Fly used wire mesh around all sides of the foundation of the gazebo. The process went well and the company kept me informed on what they were doing and when they were going to do it. Their price includes trapping and a two year warranty.

These guys are absolutely the best. Everyone -- from the office staff to the person who came to evaluate the situation to the wildlife techs who came by -- was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The price was good -- MUCH less than the national firm I first contacted -- and most important, they got the job done. We will absolutely use them again should the need arise. We can't recommemnd them enough.

These guys are amazing!! I hired them last year to remediate an issue I was having with mice. Had hired someone else previously but I saw the pests again after 6 months. The On The Fly technician arrived on time, fully prepared, and described his process. He pulled out appliances, filled holes and gaps, and suggested I replace my outside dryer vent cover as he suspected that's how they were getting in. PROBLEM SOLVED. It's been over a year and still no critters. Have already recommended them to my neighbors (our houses back to woods so mice are inevitable). Hope to never need them again, but if the clever critters find another way in, I'll call them again.

Excellent service. They were here within an hour and solved the immediate problem right away. I hired them to come back perform a quarterly home pest elimination service. Techs were professional, courteous, knowledgable and trust worthy. Satisfied customer thus far.

This company is great to do business with. Groundhogs love my backyard. I thought one or possibly two groundhogs had taken up residence there. The critters dug a big hole next to the foundation of my house and they dug tunnels under my deck and two backyard sheds. They became so bold that they didn't run when we came out of the house. They continued to eat grass and acted as if we weren't there. My wife was scared of them and their digging was a problem. They had to go. We decided to use On The Fly because of its A rating on Angie's list. Their service exceeded expectations. A trapper came out and surveyed the situation, came up with a plan for dealing with it complete with a cost estimate. The first day the traps were in place two groundhogs were caught. The next day a third was caught. (and we originally thought there were only two at most). I'm an animal lover. The traps used by On The Fly do not harm the animals and they are released into the wild after they're caught. And the trapper showed great concern for the groundhogs' safety. I strongly recommend on The Fly. I saw a groundhog in a neighbor's yard a few days ago. If the critter wanders to my yard to dig a new home. I will gladly call On The Fly to help him find a den far away from my house.

It seemed expensive for the time spent, but my technician *did* have to climb a really tall ladder to access an area near the roof of my row house. Birds or rodents had made a hole near one of the decorative corbels, and European Starlings were nesting inside the space between the ceiling and roof. I paid $250 with the Angie's list coupon for the service. The tech chased the birds out, checked for babies, and covered the hole with a steel plate, and I was able to be guilt-free about kicking the birds out of their home.

Technician arrived on time prepared, and removed the nest promptly without problems or causing damage to siding or soffit. I have removed similar nests myself from the front of the house that were more accessible to the dormer windows, but this one was on the side of the house, and required use of an extension ladder. I rated quality and price a B because it seemed to me the $95 fee for removal wasn't terrible, but I had assumed that would mean the soffit and siding would be clean and without marks where the nest had been attached. Unfortunately, I'm still left with having to find a way to power wash the area clean.

I received an Angie's List deal for the service. The tech was knowledgeable, punctual, and responsive to my phone calls however, he made off-handed comments while performing the work that were rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. However, the treatment did go well. I would hire again but would try to avoid the rude tech.

On the Fly Pest Solutions is an outstanding company. The work was exceptional and met my need to get rid of the mice in our house. This group was strategic in planning and persistence. This company exceeded my high expectations and offered a fair and reasonable price. They honored my short-term warranty and kept coming until the problem was resolved to my satisfaction! Don, owner, was on one of the teams that came to our house. Each team or single service person exhibited a professional manner in doing the work. Office and service staff were friendly and very helpful even at the end of their business day when the office should have closed! Now I have a signed quarterly service contract due to the high quality of the short term service experiences.

I found this company on Angie’s List. I left them a message Saturday and Sunday morning they returned my call. The following day, Monday, I made an appointment for 10 AM. Ken, the tech, was exactly in time which was super and he came in with booties on. He was super professional, knew what to do and the whole service took about an hour. I cannot recommend them more highly. They offer a two month warranty on the service and the responsiveness was second to none! Thank you all!!

Returning home from vacation, I learned I had squatters in my guest bedroom - mice! The extreme cold drove them inside and once they found my kitchen they decided to stay and bring their friends and family! On the Fly came the morning after I called, applied the first treatment and guided me on changes to make. I empty the mice caught in their traps, and that was it! Problem solved! They came back in 10 days to check it out, but we haven't had another mouse!
