Mike is not only a knowledgeable, skilled, and passionate tree guy, he is also a top notch human being. He was fair, genuine, and thoughtful in all the business dealings, and brought a lot of care to trimming a challenging red maple. He also safely felled a very large sassafras in our backyard which was inaccessible to machinery, and which other services had offered quotes almost double his charges. I also appreciated the customer service of Irene. A delight to work with both them, highly recommended!

Very knowledgeable. Explained the cuts/trimming technique. Cleaned up the site after trimming was complete. Broke down the estimates into growth cycles which was very helpful.

I live in a heavily wooded lot in the middle of Baltimore. I found Mike through Angi's list and have been delighted by his service attitude, his love of trees and nature, his technical skills. He has technically removed several trees, done complex prunes, as well as the usual chipping of branches. He works to keep trees alive and healthy. He mentors younger workers. He listens carefully. His prices are very competitive.

Mr .Mike is an experienced arborist n this man knows his stuff!! From trees,to shrubs n lowly ground plants!! You won't find anyone friendly than Irene to take your service call n all the other members of their team are quick to clean up n leave your property beautiful!!!!!! Mike was very professional and personable. He worked with my very restricted schedule and delivered quality service; shrub removal, pruning of overgrown shrubs & hedge. Cleaned up completely and removed all debris including fallen branches, limbs, etc. from our Holly Tree that wasn't on the original estimate & he did not charge more-- all in a single day. They were nice to work with and are quick to respond. Mike came by my house to give me a quote on the same day that I messaged Lovewood on Angi. His pricing was reasonable and we quickly scheduled an appointment. They did a great job with trimming our bushes and the clean up.

Please call them first! I got quotes from 3 other highly reputable places who said the invasive tree and/or stump could not be removed in this situation, but Lovewood said "no problem," but most importantly, they came out and removed the tree without damaging anything in my or my neighbor's property and all with 100% fluidity and ease. They made it look like child's play. I 100% recommend them!

Lovewood did an excellent job with my tree trimming project. They were communicative, clear, and more than fair in pricing. Not only did Mike do a very thorough job with the tree trimming, he went above and beyond by speaking with neighbors and cleaning my yard and the street after he was finished - a welcome relief and pleasant surprise compared to other companies hired for projects on my street. I will continue to use Lovewood whenever possible for any needs I have going forward and could not recommend them more more highly based on my experience!
