This was the only company that accurately pinpointed the problem , which was a leak coming from gaps surrounding our electrical conduit pipe. Other companies had quoted us 6400$ to dig up the front yard and redo everything from the outside. Others wanted to dig up the inside. I’m so glad Mike explained everything to me clearly- and it all came down to common sense. These guys found the exact spot where the leak was coming from, and knew how to fix it. He also suggested replacing our sump pump because it was the original, and mud was starting to back up. He suggested we do this as it would be tragic to fix one problem and have another occur (and subsequent flooding) that could have been prevented. There was a minor connectivity issue with the sump pump a couple weeks later but I called at 9 am, the man who took the call put it in as an emergency because of some water splashing out and the problem was fixed by 11 the same day. "$9,500 I was quoted for my concrete driveway and porch to be removed and a new concrete driveway and pad poured. I needed a culvert installed under the foot of my driveway for rain water drainage, it was agreed that a 4" pipe would work. When the crew came out to do the work, the demolition part went very smoothly but when it came to the drain I was told I needed an 8" pipe. The trench was dug for it including digging an 8" deep by 1 foot around hole in my nabors parking pad. Than I was told the grading was wrong. I told him water wasn't draining because the trench he dug for the 8" pipe he suggested was below the rest of the drain lines and the water will not flow untill it was leveled back out. He argued with me about it for about 3 hours wile the concrete was starting to be poured. After his own workers and I told him the 8" pipe would not work, we went back to the originally quoted 4" pipe and everything drained fine. After the concrete was completed the work looked great."

"I had a great experience with Best Buy waterproofing. I contacted them for inspection due to water rising underneath my tile in the basement. They responded very quickly and had someone out for the inspection a day later. Ed completed my inspection and was very informative and communicative throughout the whole process. He didnâ t try to scare me into getting any services and was very patient with me. Any questions I had he was on it and available. When I made my final decision it was quick and a painless process. The crew cleaned up well and walked me through the work they had done. They installed a new drain and sump pump. Might I add they made my installation very esthetic by placing the line in the wall to hide the pipes when the dry wall is replaced. I will definitely recommend to friends and family!"

"We have been working with Affordable for a couple of years now. To put it lightly, we have the basement from hell. When they arrived, we had some water in the basement and they quoted us based on their normal pricing. Once the concrete came up, we couldn't believe what we were dealing with. It is a constant flow of water that required two sump pits and an insane amount of work to install our drainage system. Every time they tried to dig a pit it would backfill with sand and water- they had to dig this up painstakingly- foot by foot. We thought for sure we were in for additional costs, but they stuck by the original estimate. Since then, any time we have had an issue or a question, they are quick to answer. Poor Kelly and Bobby probably recognize our number on the caller ID but whenever we make a call or send an email, we always get a response- usually with a visit on the same day. We highly recommend this company for their honesty, customer service, and quality work."

"Kyle, the owner, was responsive to my inquiry and came out to do the estimate. I explained what we hoped to do and what our minimum we needed to have done and that we would decide based on the cost. Kyle created an estimate that was broken down into parts so that we could pick and choose what we wanted done. Work was started within a couple of weeks and completed in 2 days. I was happy with his staff and the work performed. The problem we had was afterward. After several days of rain, a section of the yard settled, including the rock wall. It was evident that the yard was not tamped well enough. I emailed Kyle and he agreed to come back out and fix the wall/yard where it settled. We decided to wait until the spring (original work was done in fall of 2017) in case there was more settling. In April I reached out to Kyle and he agreed to come out and take a look. I also informed him that the yard had settled more and it had created a low point where water was draining under the sidewalk and eroding the ground in that area. I have heard nothing from Kyle since then. I have since emailed him again and called him with no response. I was happy with the work overall, but not happy with the lack of follow through and communication. I have been waiting to write this review until the work has been completed, but now I'm unsure it that'll every happen."

The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. And the best part it is, that I no longer have water in my basement despite many periods of very heavy rain.
