He said everything was 495.00 and then he said it was 150.00 on top of that. I was very upset that he change the price agreed on at the end. I had more things to get a fix and he did not want to."

The only thing that was not perfect was that communication was slow, sometimes they did not respond to texts, but they were good when they responded, and they showed up on time. She was able to push up the appointment to meet my schedule needs. Ron came out to estimate the job. This was my first estimate for this project and I was skeptical to hire them prior to other quotes. "Kyle was very pleasant to work with from start to finish.  He was on time for the estimate appointment as well as on the installation date.  He was quick to respond to any phone/text/emails throughout the process.  I was very pleased with his landscaping plan and proposal for a small, but somewhat complicated job.  He was on-site for a good portion of the day of installation with two workers, who were both very pleasant and completely focused on getting the work done.  The finished area looks great and I have received many compliments from friends and neighbors (some of whom are interested in working with him on their own projects).  I would definitely use Kyle for other projects and am happy to recommend him to others.

"On the morning the work was to be done, the people from Guardian came and began breaking up the concrete to put in the pipe to the pump. A while later, the people came who were going to remove the oil tank. They drained it and cut it in half in order to take it out the back basement door. Then the Guardian people continued their work and were finished the same day. (I was a bit concerned about the amount of fine dust that was in the gravel they surrounded the pipe with. I was worried it might clog the openings to the pipe. They told me it would wash away with the first heavy rain. This work was done about a year and a half ago and everything has been working fine.) They picked up when they left, so that the basement was as clean as could reasonably expected, considering the amount of work that had just gone on. The only hitch was that they couldn t get in contact with the electrician right away, I think he was out of town or something, but he came the next week and put an outlet in for the pump."
