My house got messed up by a broken pipe a broken pipe on the Friday before Labor Day and it was a huge Mess. I talked to Patrick at Sean Glenn and he was super quick about getting people out there to demo out everything and get the room dried out. They were then super helpful about helping me put the room back together I highly recommend this company very very professional and prompt!

They came within an hour of me calling. They got all the wet stuff out immediately so I didn't have to worry about mold. They're really efficient and professional.

The staff arrived a little late but called to say they were running behind so no worries there. They were very thorough in cleaning out the vents and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They cleaned the carpets next and also did a great job spot cleaning some tough spots. Both staff members were polite and did a great job communicating each part of the job. The office followed up afterwards to make sure we were pleased.

With twin toddlers, my carpet has taken quite a beating over the past three years(the carpet was installed in 2005). The family room has fallen victim to numerous juice spills, muddy shoe prints, crayon/finger paint and, unfortunately, a few accidents during the early stages of potty-training. I came across the Scene Clean website and was impressed with the content of the site. I called and spoke with Patrick Heidenberg. He was more than happy to answer all of my questions so I scheduled a time for someone to come by the house to do a free estimate. The estimate was completed the following day by Greg Rooney. Mr. Rooney was punctual, professional and did a thorough job of inspecting the areas I wanted to have cleaned. When the estimate was completed, I scheduled a date and time for Scene Clean to return to clean the carpets. The day of the job, Mr. Heidenberg and Mr. Rooney arrived as scheduled. They were both very courteous, dressed professionally and, after confirming which areas were to be cleaned, began working right away. I was very impressed with how detail-oriented they were and I was thrilled to see them diligently work on stains that I thought would never disappear! The job took approximately two and half hours(including the time it took for them to unload/reload all of their equipment!). By the end of their time in my home, I couldn't have been happier with the look of my carpet! I had them clean berber carpet as well as traditional plush carpet and to my surprise all of the stains had been removed! I highly recommend Scene Clean and will certainly hire them again the future!
