They responded very quickly and had someone out for the inspection a day later. Ed completed my inspection and was very informative and communicative throughout the whole process. "The plumbing was great; I loved them. They were efficient. It has reduced my gas cost; it is great. I would recommend them because they were very professional; from the guy that came out to give me an estimate to the people who called me in the office to make sure I got everything and to the guys who actually did the work. "Excellent wish all my contractors came out this good.  showed up for the estimate on time and had a video that showed the steps to fix the basement.  measured  the basement and made up contract.  when I mentioned angies list and deals offered we built it right into contract without printing coupons and stuff. were quick with availability came out the following week.  foreman (Dan) was on time and double checked everything before starting .Wanted to move sump pump and outside drain to a less used area. not a PROBLEM. Was loud and cold in the house all day as if you run the furnace while they work it comes through the vents.  laid out carpet protectors and were done in only 1 day (the estimator planned 2)  Jackhammered the floor out and dug down to foundation laid new drains and installed new sump pump. they brought 5 people and they all worked hard constantly for the day.  lost track of all the buckets after 30 (5 gal. buckets).removed with old crap.  Explained all the warranties and paperwork with new sump pump.  Have to wait for the concrete to dry. it's now 3 days later and I'm ready to put the basement back together.  Looks great and can't wait to use the basement without wet and damp floors and walls furnace)  did forget to put screen back in basement window but if you have leaky walls and damp floors this is nice.  any problems after the next big rain I'll let ya's know.

"Pressured to sign the bill the day they did the inspection. Didn't like that but we seemed to get a discount by doing that. The work looks wonderful. I asked them to move one of the drain pipes and with a little prodding, they did. We were supposed to get dehumidifiers and they don't seem to be there. We are following up on that now. Very nice staff. Very responsive."

"George was very professional when we first dealt with him and did a satisfactory job.  However, when we wanted him to do smaller jobs, he did not respond or set up dates to come and then did not show up nor did he call.  His father, who is the actual owner of George's Painting, came to our house for an estimate to have 3 closet shelves installed (the metal mesh type) for hwich he wanted $650.00.  We thought that was entirely too much as the material cost less than $100.  We looked for someone else off of Angie's list and got an excellent person who only charged $200 which was more reasonable and on top of that did an excellent job.    In addition we are having numerous other things done at reasonable prices.  Had I waited a bit longer, I could have gotten my house painted much cheaper as well.  George is overpriced and does not respond when you call or will he make an appointment with you and then not keep it.  I am glad I found someone else who is capable of doing what we want, is professional, does excellent work and his price is more reasonable.    I have already had work done by this other company and we are very satisfied.
