"We ended up being very disappointed with our experience. Our roof was not completed in one day as promised. The roofers left suddenly the day it was supposed to be completed and didn't return until 2 days later. We were told that they held their contractors to the highest of quality standards. We did not see this. The cuts were uneven, and they permanently shut our coal shoot. We found multiple cigarette butts in our yard from the roofing team and multiple screws were left behind. They did come back and fix the uneven cuts and opened our coal shoot but left a thick line of black caulk on our house and removed part of the roofing, so the old shingles were exposed. The gutters seemed to be okay, despite an area that was bent that needed to be fixed. We eventually got to the point where we were so frustrated, we decided we just wanted to be done. "

He waited several months after being hired to place the order for the parts to do the job, despite telling us the order was made immediately. I had to contact his supplier and get receipts. Order was made five weeks after he said it was. After calling him multiple times and being lied to each time, he finally started the job six months after the contract was signed. He did precisely one day of work and then left the job half way finished. It has now been eight months since we hired him. Our properry is half covered in siding, and we have not heard from him in months. We are preparing to sue him for breach of contract. I cannot stress enough that you should not hire Jeremy Hinkle of Highland Construction. He is a liar and totally unprofessional."
