"J&R Chavez Landscaping, LLC did an incredible job repairing the grouting and sealing a large natural flagstone patio at our home. It was in very poor condition and when his team left it looked better than new! His team was also able to repair and rebuild the interior supports under the floor of the patio. The workmen were excellent, came on time and worked over three days 8-5 every day. They were courteous and highly skilled in stone work. The price was very reasonable as well."

UPDATE - They have reached out to me and are coming to my home on 1/8/15. I will update again after I meet with them.
UPDATE - 2/4/2015 - They did come to my home and provided an estimate and plan for lighting our back yard and deck. 6 lights were included in our original purchased deal. Their proposal was for the original 6 lights plus another $1500 worth of lighting. I like their plan but we weren't prepared to spend the additional money at this time. They came out yesterday and installed just the initial 6 lights. They arrived on time and the work they did is wonderful. Our deck is beautifully lit now and I am very happy. While this relationship got off to a rocky start, they made it right and we will hire them again when we're ready to finish the back yard lighting. Also - the deal was supposed to be for the front of the house - but that wasn't clear when I bought the deal - so they allowed us to use our 6 lights on the deck. I'm sure they want the front so that they can show off their work - and that makes sense to me - as their work is worth showing off. I would now highly recommend this company."
The tree service was excellent, however the landscaping had numerous deficiencies.
To start, the office manager rescheduled me two times and did not call to notify me. I actually lost a day at work due to them assuring me they would be there and after I called to find out where they were, they advised me that they were finishing up another job.
Landscaping work was OK, except for the window boxes built in the front of the house were not constructed the same and the front landscaping was very sloppy work. Mulching in the back of the house was put down sparingly, as I already have weed block showing.

His team completely transformed our hardscape areas, including installing a beautiful flagstone walkway and patio, a perfectly graded cement driveway, iron railings on our steps, and plants in a number of locations. On top of that, some of the work required some touch up and sealing and Jesse and his team have come out a couple of times later this spring to do that work unprompted. There's a little bit left, but I know they'll be around to finish it as they've taken care of us every step of the way. Even better, everything was done in budget. Look no further!
