"Service was great. It took them some time to figure out what was exactly wrong, but once they figured it out, they fixed the problem right away. They cleaned up after themselves and came back a couple days later to check to see if everything was working properly. "Roy worked with our schedule and came out late on a Sunday night.  We only had a small window of availability and we appreciate his flexibility in scheduling the appointment.  He did a great job and had the drain fixed in no time.  He laid out blankets and towels to protect the wood floor and the cabinets and to keep everything clean.  Very happy with the service.
