Best contractor I've ever used. Reasonable price, polite and responsive, clean up after themselves - everything you want and more. This is the second time we've used them. This was a bigger job than the last and the estimate they gave was the same as we were charged at the end.

My water heater gave out and Bob stopped by right away to check it out and had a new one installed within five hours of my call. Excellent service.

They were supposed to come out on May 31st at 3:00pm, I left work 2 hours early to meet the appointment. No one ever showed or called. I had to call repetedly to an after hours phone service telling me I should receive a call within 30 minutes and if I did not to call back. I had to call back twice before finally receiving a return call. I was told that they were stuck in traffic on 270 due to a supposed accident. Common courtsey would have been a call out to me to reschedule, a call I did not receive until I raised a stink. They rescheduled for the following morning June 1st at 9:00am. Although they were on time, the two technicians that came out failed to do the job properly and the floor drains were still clogged and we were unable to begin the water/sewage restoration due to this. I called them immediately and again reached the after hours receptionist and was told that I should recieve a call within 30 minutes and if I didn’t to call back. I had to call back 4 times and every time a different lady answered, each lady ruder than the first. I finally received a call nearly 4 hours later and was told that they would come out the following morning June 3rd at 8:00am. They didnt show at 8:00am and didn’t call until 8:40 and finally showed at 9:00am. The owner Mr. Bob Jones and his son were the ones to come out. They immediately gave my husband an attitude for which we did not appreciate especially after paying $425.00 for a job that was not completed but were told was after less than 45 minutes of being here the first time. Although The owner Mr. Bob Jones and his son fixed the problem, upon leaving our home Mr. Bob Jones said, “I’m not going to charge you for today’s service,” and he picked up a toilet plunger and said “use this, this is a plunger,” like we didn’t know what it was, like we were stupid or something. I would never use nor advise anyone else to use them. This was the worst and I mean THE worst plumming experience I have ever encountered with a supposed professional service. We had a pipe so clogged it needed to be removed and replaced. Bob Jones Plumbing came to our house very quickly, they worked efficiently and cleaned up their mess. There were 3/4 men there working for 3 hours. It cost $800. The only issue I have is that they removed all the insulation in the wall and didn't replace it (or advise us to replace it). When we had a cold snap a few weeks later the pipes froze up several times.

Repair was done well, no further leaks.

Great! Showed up on time, did an excellent job, very neat, professional and friendly.

The phone was answered by a secretary when we called which was a welcome change to the answering machines we got with so many other plumbers. We were able to make an appointment for the next day for an estimate. When Bob wasn't able to show up for his appointment he called to let us know that he had an emergency and rescheduled us for the next day in the evening to suit our schedule. He was on time for that appointment and made short work of reviewing the job and gave us an estimate on the spot. He was also able to schedule an appointment to do the work right from his phone planner. All of this was appreciated because we have had issues with getting calls back from other plumbers for estimates or appointments after the first visit.

Ed, the plumber who did the work was on time, courteous and efficient. He got the whole job done in a little over an hour and didn't make any more mess than necessary and cleaned up after himself.

Considering it took only about an hour we thought the price was a little higher than it needed to be but we were willing to pay it because we needed to get the work done and they were the only plumber of 8 that we called that bothered to return our calls.

We will use Bob Jone's Plumbing for future jobs.

Very nice people and they did a great job without harming anything in the house. Very neat job .He did the outside line without digging up our yard, they fed the line underground from the meter to the house . If I hadn't been there watching them I would not have believed they did it at all. They did everything outside in one day and inside in a day and a half and left us with one bathroom working over night. Our neighbors were so impressed that they had theirs done by Bob Jones also. Also I had to call him this winter because our heat was not working when it was 2 degrees below 0.(this was at 5 a.m.) He said he didn't do that type of work but he asked to take the cover off the thermostat and sure enough the batteries were leaking. Then he had me go outside and check to see if the condensation line from the furnace was frozen up, and it was. I changed the batteries and put a hairdryer on the patio directed at the frozen line and everything was back to normal in a very short time and he didn't even charge me. But I did send him something anyway.. This is a great guy and he has very nice people working for him .His wife and son work with him (in the office) and they are very nice and helpful too.

It went well. The plumber was on time and courteous. He did forget to take out the plug and I did not realize it until I ran my dishwasher. When I called, he came back right away to fix it.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Timely estimate, flexible with scheduling, arrived on time, and completed work on time. Very professional and will use them again if needed in the future.

Garbage disposal began leaking. Tech concluded that internal seal had been broken and replacement necessary. Had a replacement unit on the truck and replaced immediately. Nice fellow; seemed competent and experienced.

My main water supply line was leaking between the meter and the house. Bob Jones was called and quoted a flat $2300 for the job, which I thought was probably reasonable for tearing up the driveway and digging up the line. He arrived on time with three helpers, cut out a 2'x4' section of the asphalt driveway, attached the new plastic poly line (rated for that service) and pulled it behind while pulling out the leaking line (which was a cheap 5/8and quot; water hose). He connected the new line to the meter and house, replaced the dirt and gravel around the meter enclosure. The whole operation took about 5 hours and I was impressed with his . I thought $2300 was too much for the time and manpower involved, but was glad he didn't tear up the driveway to expose the leaking line.

I was buying a HUD foreclosure home and needed an air test to test for water leaks since the property had been winterized. I called Bob Jones on a Saturday morning expecting to leave a message. Instead, Mr. Jones answered the phone and had me scheduled for Wednesday of that week. He arrived on time and explained everything that was wrong. During the homebuying process, HUD needed proof of the test and it's results along with an estimate (because I couldn't find my copies right away). My realtor contacted Mr. Jones and he promptly forwarded everything that they needed.
When I moved into the house, the two shower faucets were leaking, as expected. I called Bob Jones plumbing and they arrived by lunchtime to fix the faucets. He also took a look at a running toilet for me and told me how I could fix it, or that he could fix it if I wanted him to.
Response time is excellent, service is professional, and I will be using them again for any plumbing needs that arise.
