We had BUGOUT provide an estimate and describe their procedures. We have caged birds in the house and were afraid of having volatile chemicals used. Troy described a procedure that involved burying "baits" in the soil near the house. He explained that our dogs probably wouldn't bother digging them up but, if they did, we could put some heavy objects over them for protection. He returned with a helper within a week, right on schedule, and performed the work just as he described it. He was right, the dogs paid no attention to the baits. Part of his service was to re-inspect in one year. We have since cleaned up the dead termites and no new ones have appeared. Overall, this was a very positive experience and we would recommend this vendor to any Angie's list reader."
