"It went well. They responded promptly to my request for service. Initial inspection of the attic, they believed we had squirrels and a huge birds' nest. They then closed/screened off all entry points. However, once I reported actually seeing a raccoon in the yard, they put out traps and a camera. The raccoon avoided the traps but Mike's Pest Control was persistent, regularly checking the traps and trying different baits. They didn't stop their attempts until the raccoon was caught. If I have any other incidents like this one, I will use them again."

Al thoroughly explained the issue and was able to ensure the birds were gone before placing securing screening over the vent to prevent further intrusion. When I heard what I believed to be birds in the vent again, they came out again for no charge (60 day warranty), and were able to determine/demonstrate that although it sounded like the birds were in inside the vent it was actually just the birds trying to re-enter (sound travelled to end of vent so it sounded like they were just inches away). They scheduled it around time we weren’t able to be home so we probably didn’t get as much labor as we should have. They were going to charge me $370 for 8 hours additional labor which I didn’t agree with."
