"It went well. They responded promptly to my request for service. Initial inspection of the attic, they believed we had squirrels and a huge birds' nest. They then closed/screened off all entry points. However, once I reported actually seeing a raccoon in the yard, they put out traps and a camera. The raccoon avoided the traps but Mike's Pest Control was persistent, regularly checking the traps and trying different baits. They didn't stop their attempts until the raccoon was caught. If I have any other incidents like this one, I will use them again."

"After a bad experience with another company where I wasted my money, I called Adcock’s because I was hearing scratching noises in my living room ceiling. A squirrel was the obvious suspect, because there was also a hole chewed through my soffit. Adcock’s tried many times to trap the squirrel and kept coming back almost every day until they finally caught one. They also patched the hole in the soffit at no extra cost! (They patched the hole twice because the first time they’d done it—where we’d mistakenly thought it had gone away—the squirrel came back and chewed a new hole right next to the patch.) I was really surprised by their tenacity, responsiveness, and courtesy, and plan to use them again soon. (Squirrels and groundhogs have suddenly become a big problem for me due to a house next door to me being demolished and rebuilt.)"

"All Star was excellent: they were able to schedule us an appointment the same day and were extremely prompt and professional as well as reasonably priced. Al thoroughly explained the issue and was able to ensure the birds were gone before placing securing screening over the vent to prevent further intrusion. When I heard what I believed to be birds in the vent again, they came out again for no charge (60 day warranty), and were able to determine/demonstrate that although it sounded like the birds were in inside the vent it was actually just the birds trying to re-enter (sound travelled to end of vent so it sounded like they were just inches away). Overall, I would enthusiastically recommend!"

"This didn’t turn out as good as I was expecting. Basically when you purchase the contract you have to be your own foreman and superintendent and quality control. They scheduled it around time we weren’t able to be home so we probably didn’t get as much labor as we should have. They were going to charge me $370 for 8 hours additional labor which I didn’t agree with."
