"After opening the outside vent, they discovered a birds nest in the vent which was causing very little air flow in the vent. This contributed and was the cause of having to run the clothes through 2 cycles to get dried. They cleaned out the vent and replaced the cover with an anti bird cover to prevent this from occurring in the future. Great persons who performed the job. Highly recommended. Would hired again."

Al thoroughly explained the issue and was able to ensure the birds were gone before placing securing screening over the vent to prevent further intrusion.
