They sent a representative to my home that brought various samples. The only thing that I had to purchase separately was the faucet; they used the model number to fabricate the holes needed in the countertop. About one week after signing the contract, they called to say my color choice had become unavailable. I agreed and immediately realized from my previous research that it was from a more expensive manufacturer. They assured me that my original price quote would not change.
